So, I’ve sold three stories in the last two weeks.
First, “Calendar Girl” will be appearing at Short-Story.me, an online magazine that I’ve had two other stories on. Should be up for free reading in about three weeks. “Calendar Girl” is a Twilight-Zonish story about a guy who runs his life by his appointment book.
Next, “Helping Hands” was picked up by a new anthology called Malicious Malpractices, with stories about the medical profession. It should be published later this year. My story is about a 19th-century psychiatrist who starts sprouting hands all over his body.
Finally, just today, a British anthology called Box of Delights picked up my story entitled, ironically, “Box of Rocks.” My story is about a boy in an institution who can’t precisely recall the details of what brought him there. It should be out, too, later this year.
No more short stories for a while now, so I hope they don’t sell too fast. Working on the novel.
