Today, Debbie and started our new exercise program in an effort to lose weight and be in better health for 2012…just in time for the end of the world.
Oh well, better late than never.
So we did the first series on the DVD, Cardio 1, which lasts about 40 minutes. I think it lasted about an hour for us, since we took several breaks to rest, which is cheerfully advised by Tony Horton. The workout was basic but strenuous, particularly if you are old and out of shape, as I am. It kicked some serious ass, but didn’t kill us. And, more importantly, it didn’t discourage us from doing this again tomorrow…and tomorrow…and tomorrow.
