Here’s the BIG News: Books of the Dead Signs Me!

James Roy Daley, owner of Books of the Dead Press, announced today that he has signed me and will release a collection of my short stories sometime soon.  The collection, which will be my first, will feature some previously published material as well as some new stories.  The title is Little Deaths, and I will share the table of contents when it’s finalized.

This is big news.  Books of the Dead is a publisher I really admire.  Headed by Roy up in Toronto, this publisher has put out some real quality work, including a reprint of Gary Brandner’s The Howling trilogy.  BOTD has already published one of my shorts, “Cold Calls” in its Best New Vampire Tales, and another, “Three Dog Night,” will appear in its forthcoming Best New Werewolf Tales.

In addition to announcing my signing, Roy announced that he’d signed Tim Lebbon, a NYT bestselling author.  BOTD will be re-releasing his novel Berserk as an ebook.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this opportunity to get my work out to a wider audience.  And to get the chance to work with Roy and everyone at BOTD, whom I have come to greatly respect.

More information as it arrives.
