Power 90 Day 45

OK, today is 45 days into my Power 90 workout program.  I have moved to level 3-4, doing this mostly 7 days a week, sometimes (lately) 6 days a week.  I vary between 3 days of Cardio and 3 days of Sculpt.  When I’m over at Deb’s house we use her Wii to do a custom exercise program involving lots of boxing, basketball and tennis.

So, here’s my 40-day picture.  I don’t think the pic shows a lot, but I’m pretty sure (from our haphazard scale) that I’ve lost upwards of 20 pounds.  Absolutely nothing, including jeans I bought right before Christmas that were one size smaller, absolutely nothing fits.  Deb and I had to go out and buy shorts for me to exercise in because my old ones just couldn’t seem to stay up.  Go figure.
