Whew, that’s a long headline. Let’s break it down, shall we?
First, I got a great 5-star review for The End in All Beginnings at Amazon. “If you’re like me, and you like to read stories that defy genre by transcending it – then this collection is a treasure. I was reminded of King. Of Bradbury. Of Serling. But not in a derivative way. These are wholly original, well-conceived stories that have earned their place on the shelf next to those authors,” says Dale Elster. And he says a whole lot more. Go here to read the entire great review.
Third, I’ve got a guest post up on Armand Rosamilia’s blog. Armand is a great writer of zombie, horror and all kinds of other fiction. His newest, Dying Days IV, is a hoot. Go here to take a look at it. And go here to see my guest posting on his blog. I also did a podcast with Armand, and I’ll pass along the information when it goes up.
Ummm…what else did the headline say? Oh yeah, that I’m writing. Here’s the deal. I want to put at least 10,000 words into my novel The Fearing this week. So, I’ll be blogging about it to keep myself on track. First, off to Hooter’s to get some all-you-can-eat wings to sustain me, then at least 2,000 words tonight. 2,500 would be better.
And yes, this is the novel YOU YOURSELF can be a character in if you participate in my HORRORSTAR Contest. Remember that? Read The End in All Beginnings, review it, post a link to the review here or at Grey Matter’s Facebook page. Sure you do. THEN ENTER ALREADY!
