Well, it appears that I might, indeed, be a poet and not know it.
The Horror Writers Association (HWA) recently had an open call for dark, speculative poetry. The judges would select four poems to be featured on the association’s website, and, if there were enough “good” ones, they’d issue a digital chapbook of horror poetry.
Well, my entry, “Heavenly Shades of Night,” wasn’t one of the winning four, but I just learned that it was selected for inclusion in the chapbook. So, yay!
So, soon you’ll get to see if my poetical ramblings are as poetic as my fiction prose.
